We loved the hotel's cleanliness and stylish decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great bonus to receive free welcome drinks upon arrival. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and within walking distance to all the best food places and the red-light district.

The hotel's location is ideal, within walking distance of everything and so close to Amsterdam Centraal train station. The quirky nature of the place adds to its charm, like the unique rooms with character and the complimentary items in the mini-bar. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is decent. The view from some rooms is picturesque and waking up to it is a treat.
The stairs can be steep, but it's to be expected in a historic building.
